Lesson from "The power of your subconscious mind".

Learnt from 'The power of subconscious mind'

The subconscious responds to our beliefs, whether positive or negative, we should never expect a good result when we are feeling negative. It does have supernatural powers, believe it or not, but it has no such limitations on time and space; if sown well, it will be well practiced. We can access any private or secret information, or even accurately predict future outcomes. One has to be constant and regular while bombarding the subconscious with positive thoughts as there are thick layers of negative beliefs in the back of the mind that we have unconsciously developed since childhood. It will take some time to replace them with positive beliefs The subconscious never sleeps while we sleep, it maintains the basic functions of the body while allowing us to explore the illogical world of dreams Sleep is the best duration for the subconscious IM to function most efficiently and effectively. After a good night's sleep, we can find a practical solution to the most complex problems, our pain disappears and our body recovers. But we have to sleep with good hopes, if the opposite is not also the case. Our current situation is just a mentality in our head, the change will change our reality. Underestimate our subconscious, limit its functionality … it will attract all people , Events and circumstances for us that are connected to our vision and our fixed motives, wanting something only brings the lack of it, in order to satisfy one's desires, the subconscious must be full of mental images, already having this and exactly the same feel. Worries should therefore be avoided as they are negative mental images that are planted in the subconscious soil.
